– Purpose of collection: For the purpose of using the Service such as profile management, social calls, and matching, use of search algorithm functions, and use as profile images
– Required collection items: Call details (voice), automatically collected data
– Use and retention period: Until the membership is withdrawn
– Purpose of collection: Data analysis and statistics to improve service quality
– Required collection items: Device ID, call history, other service use history

– Purpose of collection: Monitoring and preventing reregistration of wrongful users
– Required collection items: Nickname, unique identification ID, call history, other service use details, purchase history, call details
– Use and retention period: Person information of users whose accounts are permanently suspended are retained permanently under the Service Use Policy
– Purpose of collection: Service inquiry and response
– Required collection items: Unique identification ID, inquiry content
– Use and retention period: Until the membership is withdrawn
– The Company does not offer the Service to underaged persons younger than 18 years of age and does not collect relevant personal information.

– The Company collects personal information in the following methods and obtains prior consent before collection.
① A method in which the User directly inputs personal information in the process of using the Service.
② A method in which access records and usage records, etc. are automatically created and collected in the process of using the Service.

We will keep your personal data only for so long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless the law requires us to keep it for a longer period. Once we no longer need your personal data, we will either irreversibly anonymize or securely delete it from our servers.
You may open Yoome App and log in, Tap Me > Settings > Delete account > Confirm to delete your account. or
Visit Yoome official Website, Click “Delete Account” > Log in > Confirm to delete your account.
Subject to satisfaction and/or waiver of the conditions for deletion as set out above, the Account will be deleted immediately upon your request.
Any information or content that you voluntarily disclose or post on the App, such as your User Content, becomes available to the public. Once you have shared such User Content or made it public, that User Content may be viewed and re-shared by others and it may not be possible to prevent the distribution of that Content once it becomes public.
Even if you remove any User Content (e.g. screenshots, etc.) that you created or posted on the App, copies of such User Content may remain accessible in the cached and archived pages of the App, or if other users or third parties have copied or saved such information.(e.g. from using Facebook, etc.)
Any personally identifiable information that you: (i) share in text messages, photos, videos or otherwise in or through the App with other users; or (ii) submit via live messaging on the App, can be viewed and used by others. Yoome is not responsible for any use or misuse of such information that you share or submit.
Our Services are restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit users under the age of 18 on our platform and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you suspect that a user is under the age of 18, please use the reporting mechanism available through the service. If we become aware that a child, minor, or anyone under the age of 18 has registered with us and provided us with personal data, we will take steps to terminate that person’s registration and delete their profile information from our Services. If we do delete a Profile because you violated our no children rule, we may retain basic account and profile information to ensure that you do not try to get around our rules by creating a new profile.
